A. Changing your text on a webpage is very simple. You just login to the editor, find the page you want to edit and then make your change.

A. Yes. The Simple Website Editor has a unique ability for you to setup unlimited users that you want to edit your website, and you can control what areas they can edit. And when necessary, you can remove them just as easily.

| A. No. There is nothing to download. All you need is the internet and a browser to go into your editing control panel to make your changes. All changes are made in real time. |
| Q. How will I receive the product after purchase? |
| A. Once your payment is processed you will be automatically directed to fillout a form so we can upload the Simple Website Editor. Once setup we will provide you with the login and passwords so you can start editing right away. |
| Q. Is there a trial offer? |
| A. No. Due to the nature of the product we are unable to offer any trials. |

| Q. How long after I purchase the product will it be installed? |
| A. Generally after confirmation of purchase and receiving the ftp or hosting information it will be uploaded onto your website within 48 to 72 hours (business days). You will receive a confirmation email with your login and password once installation is complete. |

| A. Yes. The Simple Website Editor is a internet web server based system. The great part of this is that you can go to any computer that has internet browser capability and make changes to your website. Anywhere, anytime. |
